Shipping policy

At Your House Collective, each product is made to order through our trusted fulfilment partner. We take care to ensure your items are crafted and shipped as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

All orders are produced on demand, we don’t keep stock. It usually takes 3-7 business days to fulfil an order before it’s shipped. Once fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping time depends on your location. Below are general delivery estimates (after fulfilment):

  • USA: 3-4 business days
  • Europe: 6-8 business days
  • Australia: 2-14 business days
  • Japan: 4-8 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Please note: These are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or local courier issues.

Shipping Locations

We work with an on-demand fulfilment partner with facilities worldwide, ensuring that orders are produced and shipped from the location closest to your delivery address whenever possible.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply once your order reaches its destination country. Your local customs authority determines these fees, and they are not included in our prices or shipping fees. As customs policies vary widely, please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, please do the following before contacting us:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  3. Check with your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.

If the address was correct and the package hasn’t been located, please contact us at n.nare@yourhousecollective.com with your order number. We’ll help investigate the issue and, if necessary, work with our fulfilment partner to replace your order.

If you find an error in your shipping address, we can resend your order once it’s returned to us, shipping costs will be your responsibility in that case.

Shipping Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the fulfilment centre used.
